A-Final

The Netherlands come to this final with the fastest time from the heats and they led the way in this final. This gave them a day off on Saturday before racing today and they were in dominating form. The crew is built around their under-23 crew from a couple of years ago and they had a boat length lead with half of the race gone. Meester, Clevering, Florijn and Hogerwerf for the Netherlands were absolutely dominating this race. This left Romania and Poland to hold on to the minor medals. The Netherlands had beat a new European Best Time of 6:24.84. This beat their new European Best Time that they set during the heats on Friday.
