2009 FISA EXTRAORDINARY CONGRESS

The 2009 Extraordinary Congress of FISA will be held from the 13 to 15 February 2009 in Cape Town, South Africa. The Congress will consider amendments to the Statutes and Rules of Racing. Proposals for any such amendments from National Federations should have been sent to FISA no later than 13th November 2008. The proposals received are below "NF proposals Ext Cong" All proposals should have included justifications for the proposals. Federations are asked to announce their delegates’ names in writing (using the attached form) to FISA as soon as possible. The provisional programme for the Congress is attached.
