Power and speed at 2019 World Rowing Indoor Championships
The 2019 World Rowing Indoor Championships crowned the fastest on the indoor rowing machine today in Long Beach, USA and World Record holder Olena Buryak of Ukraine continued to show her superiority in winning the open women’s category with German powerhouse, Oliver Zeidler winning for the men.
The 2019 World Rowing Indoor Championships got under way in Long Beach, California, USA with para-rowers opening the event and showing what can be achieved.
He holds the World Record in ten of the 13 registered events. He recently set the 2000m World Record for PR3 para-rowers. He did a time of 6:28.3. Sean Gaffney is the king of the indoor rowing machine and he only took up the sport two years ago.
The World Rowing Indoor Championships goes into its second year and is taking place on 24 February 2019 in Long Beach, California, USA.
