2015 World Rowing Cup I, Bled (SLO) media information

The World Rowing Federation, FISA, wishes to advise international media about the information available on the 2015 season opener, World Rowing Cup I in Bled, Slovenia.

The first World Rowing Cup will take place from 9-10 May 2015 and will also include the one-day Bled International Regatta on 8 May. The media guide is now available at: http://www.worldrowing.com/mediacenter/

The World Rowing website, www.worldrowing.com will be the main channel containing:

• Entries, results, and related PDFs
• Race reports
• Live race tracker
• Audio commentary
• Photos
• Live blog

Live video coverage will be available on the website for the World Cup A-finals. These begin at 10:52 CET on 10 May.  

World Rowing also posts information through social media. The official Twitter account of World Rowing is @WorldRowing. The official hashtag for the event is #WRCBled. Athletes and fans are encouraged to tweet messages of support using the official hashtag. World Rowing will provide updates, photos and short commentary via Twitter, Facebook and Instagram @WorldRowingOfficial.
